Stefan George Tsepesh II (b. 1845) was the son of Arkady and Mary Tsepesh. He was the step-son of Jan Van Helsing, and Abraham Van Helsing was his adoptive brother. He was under the Covenant with the Vampire. He was also the great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Count Dracula.
